Employer FAQs - Employer portal - Unable to see learners


The training organisation must assign you as the employer contact for the learner on Bud first and then invite you to register. 

If you cannot see some or all of your learners in your employer portal once logged in, we suggest contacting the training organisation in the first instance and they can check things are set up correctly. If they feel things aren't working as expected, they will raise a ticket on your behalf.

Please also bear in mind that if you have learners at multiple locations, you will need to complete the registration each time your are invited and link the account when prompted, in order to see your learners in a single view.
