AI Room
Chatbot
Bud Assist Chatbot is a powerful feature embedded with the latest ESFA funding rules, Provider support manual, and IFATE documents. It is specifically designed to assist trainers by providing quick and accurate answers to their queries, streamlining administrative tasks, and offering suggestions for presenting information to learners.
Learner Messaging
Bud assist Learner messaging utilises AI technology to automatically generate suitable responses to learners' messages in the submission pages. Trainers can use these responses as they are or modify them to better suit individual needs, significantly saving time and effort.
Insights
Learner Insights leverages learning from an advanced machine learning algorithm to analyse data within the platform, offering critical insights into each learner's progress. This feature helps identify areas where additional support may be needed, allowing trainers to prioritise interventions effectively. Bud Assist: Learner Insights are only available for Apprenticeship programmes.
Learning Content Room
We have expanded the capabilities within Bud’s Activity Library in Learning Plan and Content Insights. Learn how you can enhance the training experience for both trainers and learners, creating dynamic and interactive learning environments.
Activity Library in Learning Plan
We have expanded access of the Activity Library from programme build into Learning Plans, allowing trainers to access all activities in the library and add them on an individual basis to a learning plan.
FAQ
Q) Who can add activities to Learners?
A) Any user with the Operations Manager or Trainer roles can add activities, to Learners they already have visibility of.
Q) Will the ILR be updated if I add all the activities for a qualification?
A)No, this feature is intended to add additional resources for the Learners existing programme and qualification, so it will not update the actual qualifications they are completing.
Q)do we need to generate a new training plan after adding activities?
A)this depends on the activities you are adding and will need to be a decision made by the user adding the activity. Our recommendation is to have a policy that covers this to ensure the right processes are followed for your organisation,
