Provider FAQs - How do I reinstate a learner that was completed, withdrawn or placed on break in error?

If the learner has been withdrawn or completed in error then it will not be possible to put the learner back to a state of in progress and they will need to be re-enrolled.

Specifically, the workflows for breaks and withdrawals have been designed to follow a 3 step process, allowing them to be reviewed and checked before fully processing. There is also the option to reject before reaching the final stage in the event you don't want to proceed. 

If you do find that you need to place a learner back into learning, you can follow the usual enrolment steps and use a backdated start date as required.
