Bud can only help with technical issues or when the platform isn't behaving as expected.
If you are stuck with your work or need to get in touch with your trainer for any reason, they will be best placed to assist in the first instance and you will need to do this directly rather than through the Bud support desk.
- If you have an active learning plan, here’s how you can contact your trainer via your Bud portal. Alternatively, your trainer's contact details will have been provided in your welcome email.
- If you’re still completing your application and haven’t been given their contact details yet, you can reach out to your training organisation directly – they will usually have a number or email address on their website.
