How do I contact my trainer/tutor?

Bud can only help with technical issues or when the platform isn't behaving as expected.

If you are stuck with your work or need to get in touch with your trainer for any reason, they will be best placed to assist in the first instance and you will need to do this directly rather than through the Bud support desk.

 

  • If you’re still completing your application and haven’t been given their contact details yet, you can reach out to your training organisation directly – they will usually have a number or email address on their website.
