Provider FAQ - How to Manage and Correct Items in Bud: Permissions and Guidelines

On certain parts of the platform, you can independently make corrections, such as deleting, removing, or reinstating specific items in Bud if you have made an error, as long as you have the required permissions.


To assist you, we’ve detailed common scenarios, including what actions are supported, what aren’t, and who has the authority to execute them. When using built-in functionality, especially for tasks like deleting files, we strongly advise caution—these actions are irreversible.

 

As a rule, Bud offers support only in situations where personally identifiable information (PII) has been compromised and you are unable to remove it yourself. For instance, this could include a comment in a learner progress review that mistakenly references the name of another learner.
