This article describes how to invite new users and manage invited users up until they have registered their account.
User Roles
Users with the Owner, or Admin roles can manage invited users.
How to: Invite new users
Follow these steps to invite new users to your account:
1. Navigate to 'User Management'
2. Click on ‘Invite new users’
3. Type in the email address of new user
4. Select the users role.
5. If you want to invite multiple users, click '+ Add another one' and repeat steps 3 and 4.
5. Click on Send Invite
How to: Updates a users invitation
It is possible to update an invited Bud Mark user. You can remove the invitation or change the role.
1. Navigate to 'User Management'
2. Locate the user you want to update.
3. Click the ellipsis at the end of the row
To remove an invitation:
4a. Click 'Remove invitation'
4b. Click 'Delete Invitation'
4c. The user will be removed from the invited section.
To update a role:
5a. Click Update invitation
5b. Select the new role
5c. Click 'Update Role'
5d. The invited users role will now reflect the update
