Rubric
A Rubric is a scoring framework used to evaluate and assess learners' work based on predefined criteria and performance levels. It typically consists of criteria, descriptions and performance levels.
Rubric Context
The Context provides a short description of the Rubric, but most importantly it is used by the AI within the relevancy score. Ensure your context is as detailed as possible and touches on the expectations of content within the Learners work.
Criteria
The specific aspects or topics being assessed by the Rubric.
Performance Levels
A scale of achievement (e.g., Excellent, Good, Needs Improvement) often accompanied by numerical scores.
Descriptors for Levels
Explanations of what each level of performance looks like for each criteria. The more detailed, and as clear as possible results in higher success.
Rubric Management App
A Bud tool, which is separate to the main Bud application. The tool is where providers create, manage and test Rubrics.
Rubric Status
The status indicates a Rubrics readiness for use. Draft, still being created and cannot be used in the API; Published, the rubric can be used within the API for evaluations; Archived, the rubric is no longer in use and cannot be used by the API.
Relevancy
The Relevancy Score evaluates how closely a learner's submission aligns with the criteria defined in the rubric Title and Context, ensuring the content is relevant and meets the Rubric's requirements.
