Bud Mark is hosted within UK data centres.
Data Processors
In addition to our normal data processors, Bud Mark utilises 'Supabase', a UK backend-as-a-service provider.
Artificial Intelligence
Bud Mark utilises Azure OpenAI Large Language Model (LLM) capacity provisioned in the UK expressly for Bud's use, ensuring all prompts and responses are processed locally.
Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in their Azure environments, it does not interact with any services operated by OpenAI.
The inputs and outputs are:
- Not available to other Microsoft customers.
- Not available to OpenAI models.
- Not used to improve or train models.
The Azure OpenAI Service also includes both content filtering and abuse monitoring features.
All LLM-generated feedback must be reviewed and approved by a human reviewer in Training Provider organisations before use.
Data Retention
Documents submitted to Bud Mark are only stored while feedback is generated. Documents are permanently deleted from Bud Mark infrastructure once the feedback has been generated.
The AI model used is stateless, no prompts or generations are stored in the model.
Thus, retention time for submitted data is typically no longer than one minute.
