Bud Recommends

If you are still struggling with uploading files despite meeting the requirements above, there are some the following may also help to troubleshoot:

Browser and operating systems Ensure you are using the latest versions of browser and operating systems on your device.
Anti-virus software

We have found customers encounter issues with Bitdefender's 'Online Threat Protection' feature.

An exception for web.bud.co.uk can be added to Bitdefender in these instances.

VPN

If working on a secure network, for example a workplace VPN, there may be some restrictions that could interfere.

Try on another network without VPN, for example your home network, to rule this out or have a chat with your local IT department if you suspect this is the cause.

Internet Speed/stability

Slow speeds or issues with connectivity may hinder or delay the file uploads.

Try on another network to help rule this out, or have a chat with your Internet Service Provider if you suspect this is the cause.
