Bug Fixes

In this release we have fixed the following bugs:

In-progress learners receiving BKSB invites - some learners were receiving an invite to BKSB during learning if their application was edited. This will no longer happen and BKSB will only be for initial applications.

The "Register Now" banner showing on sign-up accounts - if a user has multiple roles (e.g. employer contact and learner) they will no longer see the "Register Now" banner once the email has been verified for one of those roles.

Lost completion information - in some rare cases, learner completion information was lost following an application edit.

Activity dates overwritten when learners return from a Break in Learning - sometimes incorrect activity dates were being applied when a learner returned from a BIL.

Warning message when processing multiple requests - We have added additional warning messages to the platform to inform users when a request will not be performed as there is already a request of that type in progress. The most likely scenario for this is when requests for a learner (eg. Break in learning) are requested by multiple administrators or via multiple browser tabs. The requests will be processed in chronological order.

ILR Compliance Reporting

Continuing our rollout of new ILR validation rules, we’ve added the latest to the ILR Compliance Report.

• EmpId_14 – Triggers where an Employer Identifier is returned but the learner’s employment status is set to Not in paid employment. 

Bug Fixes

In this release we have fixed the following bugs:

QAR Qualifying Period - Corrected an issue with QAR qualifying period calculations, where the logic previously applied less than or equal to 42 days. This has been updated to correctly calculate less than 42 days only. This change affects a small number of edge cases where learners fell exactly on the 42 day boundary.

ILR Toggle Discrepancies - Resolved an issue where the ILR toggle did not always reflect the latest status. This affected a small number of learners where the toggle was rapidly switched between included and excluded from the ILR. The fix prevents this issue occurring going forward. We will also run an out-of-hours full data load to back fill the last 12 months and correct a small number of existing discrepancies.
