We have made the following Skills Bootcamp codes available for selection:

Bud Mark - Spelling and Grammar
For our Bud mark Customers, we have introduced feedback on the submissions spelling and grammar improvements.
The AI model will pick out mistakes, and make suggestions or corrections on what it believes it should be.
As always, we recommend a human reviews this feedback and checks the responses.
Bug Fixes
In this release we have fixed the following bugs:

Date Employment Status Applies for unemployed OST learners - We have made changes to ensure that a Date Employment Status Changed (ILR: DateEmpStatApp) equivalent to the learner’s start date -1 day will be populated when an OST (Non-Apprenticeship) learner selects an employment status of:
- "Not in paid employment, looking for work and available to start work" (11)
- "Not in paid employment, not looking for work and/or not available to start work" (12)
- Completing EPA “without achievement” resets the completion status of component aims - We have fixed an issue where completing a learner’s EPA by selecting the 'Complete without achievement' option, results in learner’s component aims being reset to a Completion Status (CompStat) = 1. Following this release, when that scenario is encountered the learner’s completion status entering EPA will not be changed if the learner is marked as “complete without achievement” and will remain as CompStatus=2

ILR Compliance Reporting
Continuing our rollout of new ILR validation rules, we have started introducing the first warning validations and so warning cards are now present in the report. We’ve added the following rules to the ILR Compliance Report:
- OTJActHours_01 - Actual Hours for Off the Job Training must be returned on the programme aim
- OTJActHours_02 - Actual Hours for Off the Job Training must be returned
- OTJActHours_03 - Actual Hours for Off the Job Training must be returned for withdrawn learners
- PHours_01 - Planned hours must be returned for this funding model
- PHours_03 - Planned hours must be returned for this funding model
- PHours_04 - Planned hours must be greater than zero on the programme aim
- PHours_05 - Planned hours must not be returned for 16-19 study programmes
- PHours_06 - Planned hours must not be less than 278 hours
- PHours_08 - Planned hours must not be less than 187 hours
- PlanLearnHours_02 – WARNING - The Planned learning hours should not be zero
- AFinDate_03 - The apprenticeship financial record date must not be after the file preparation date (File preparation date is run as of TODAY)
- AFinDate_04 - The price must not be after the learning actual end date
- AFinDate_05 - A total training price must not be returned after a residual training price has been recorded
- AFinDate_06 - A total assessment price must not be returned after a residual assessment price has been recorded
- AFinDate_07 - A total training price and residual training price record must not have the same financial date
- AFinDate_08 - A total assessment price and residual assessment price record must not have the same financial date
- AFinDate_09 - The apprenticeship financial record date must not be more than one year before the start of the apprenticeship programme
- AFinDate_12 - The apprenticeship financial record date should not be more than two years after the Learning actual end date of the apprenticeship programme
- AFinDate_13 - The price must not be after the achievement date
- AFinDate_14 - The Payment (PMR) record must not be after the file preparation date
Adjustments have also been made to the following rules:
- FRM37 – Pulling through previous year ILR Matches incorrectly, this has been corrected to show the current year.
- FRM01 – Removal of 42 day leavers (zero day leavers) from appearing in this report
ILR Reconciliations - ILR Overrides
We’ve added a new page to the ILR Reconciliations report highlighting learners with a manual ILR override. This helps maintain accurate ILR records while providing clear visibility of updates made outside the standard learning plan workflow.
The report lists all learners flagged as "Has Override" together with the date the override status last changed, supporting both recent checks and historical validation.
Accountability Framework
Following recent changes to the DfE Accountability Framework, the Accountability Framework report has been updated.
PPED calculation updated
The indicator now considers continuing learners only. Thresholds have also been revised:
- At Risk: ≥ 15% of learners are past their planned end date
- Needs Improvement: ≥ 10% and < 15% of learners are past their planned end date
Supplementary indicators removed
The following measures have been withdrawn in line with the updated framework:
- Breaks in Learning
- End-Point Assessment Organisations
- Off-the-Job Training
Indicator structure simplified
The distinction between supplementary and quality indicators has been removed. All measures now appear under Quality Indicators, with external Ofsted and feedback links available within the report.

Bug Fixes
In this release we have fixed the following bugs:
- Incorrect exclusions for Maths - corrected an issue in the Functional Skills data warehouse tables where aims labelled “maths” were not aligning to Mathematics records, resulting in exclusions. All relevant records are now included as intended.
