Learning Plan Updates

Ahead of upcoming changes for adding assessments to Bud, we have made a couple of minor updates to the Learning Plan table:

• The final column displaying the action buttons has been removed. You will be able to view activities by clicking the activity title.
• The notifications icon for messages & submissions has also been moved to the activity title column.

These changes will enable us to add more information when we start displaying assessments in the Learning Plan.

Learner Support Review

We have added a new question to the Learner Support Review to better understand if support is required to continue.

When a user answers "Yes" to the question "Will support be required next month?", then they will be asked the new follow-up question: "If Learning Support claims are to continue, please describe how the support is still necessary and appropriate."

Newly scheduled Learner Support Reviews will include this question.

Bug Fixes

In this release, we have fixed the following bugs:

Application signature resets - We have fixed the first of two bugs related to unexpected signature resets during the Apprenticeship application process. This should reduce the number of signature resets seen, though we are aware of further scenarios to be fixed.

BKSB invitations not sending - Where applications created using the API were not inviting learners to complete their BKSB Initial Assessments, this has now been resolved.

EPA log showing incorrect information - We have resolved an issue where, in some circumstances, users were presented with incorrect information when navigating between EPA assessment logs.

OTJ Hours - If a learner submitted OTJT or Guided Learning Hours in the activity log, and the trainer marked them as not counting towards hours, then the learner was given the buttons to edit, but then received an error when trying to edit the log. We have resolved this so that a learner can edit the OTJ hours.

Embedded videos removed from Custom Onboarding content - If a user embedded a video on the Custom Onboarding content as part of the programme build, then the videos were not always displaying during self-enrolment.

Programme audit log - We have resolved an issue where long sentences were not being wrapped within the programme audit log.

Activity Library updates showing in programme build - When activities in the Activity Library had their hours changed, the programme build also changed without any edits to the programme. This will now be prevented.

Turnitin - Some users were incorrectly seeing the "Turnitin Integration Configuration" menu item but could not access the page. This has been resolved, so only those users with the additional permission can see the menu item.
