Registering for the Bud Employer Portal

Introduction

In the Employer Portal, you will be able to see information regarding any applicants or learners you are the primary contact for. The Employer Portal gives you an overview of any outstanding documents you need to sign, completed reviews, applicants being enrolled and learners' progress on programmes.

If you are an employer contact at multiple sites and you register with the same email address, then all of your sites, applicants and learners will be displayed in your one portal. Similarly, if you are linked to multiple training providers that also use Bud, then all of your applicants and learners will be displayed in the same employer portal.

How to: Register for the Bud Employer Portal 

  • Employers will receive an email from Bud when a Training Provider invites them to access the Employer Portal.
  • Click on the ‘Register Now’ button on your email and you will be taken to Bud's website to set your password.

  • Once you have set up your password, you will then be able to log in to Bud anytime using your email address and new password.

Ensure the email address that is used is one that you have regular access to, to ensure you receive all relevant emails and announcements from Bud.
