Introduction
The Log of Learning hours, is a simple view of hours that have been recorded against activities. This view, prioritises the hours and gives user a simple list of all the hours, where they come from and their current states.
That single view makes three risks easy to catch and resolve:
- Overlapping hours, where the same time has been logged twice and inflates the record
- Hours logged against completed activities that haven't yet been approved, left sitting in limbo
- Hours that run well beyond what was planned, prompting a review before they become a data or compliance problem
Learners get the same view and the same route to act, so accuracy becomes a shared effort rather than something your teams police alone.

- Any user role that has access to a Learners Plan
How to: Access & use the log
To access the log, follow these steps:
- Open a Learners record in Bud
- Click the 'Learning' header
- Click 'Hours logged'
- The log will then open
From here you can:
- Sort all of the data by the column headings.
- Filter based on the state of the entry where it comes from the log on an activity.
- Click through into that activity, to action the hours.
