Everything relating to a learner's wellbeing, support plan and additional needs is moving into one place.
A new Inclusion section brings together wellbeing reviews, support plans, EHCPs and concern logs under a single heading on the learner record, so nothing about a learner's needs is scattered across enrolment, learner cards and separate menus. It also gives providers a cleaner story to tell against Ofsted's Inclusion evaluation area, everything the inspector wants to see is in one auditable place.
Landing 15 September
- Wellbeing concern log – every concern raised against a learner is logged, tracked and closed out in one place. Replaces scattered emails and side conversations with a single source of truth, and makes it easy to demonstrate that concerns were followed through.
- Wellbeing review – a structured, repeatable process for reviewing how a learner is doing over time, rather than relying on ad hoc notes. Gives providers a consistent record to show wellbeing is actively monitored, not just documented once and forgotten.
- Review ownership and traceability – every review records both the staff member formally responsible and the actual logged-in user who completed it. Closes the gap between "who's accountable on paper" and "who actually did the work", which matters the moment a review gets questioned.
- Richer enrolment questions – new questions capture inclusion needs, prior learning experience and how a learner learns best, right at the point of enrolment. Means support planning starts from real information on day one, instead of being pieced together later.

- Learner support plan detail – plans capture more detail, including a flag for whether support is funded or additional. Makes funded vs. additional support unambiguous at a glance, and gives a clearer audit trail for funded support specifically.
- Enrolment disclosures in the plan – key disclosures captured at enrolment are pulled straight into the support plan, with some fields editable from there. Saves staff digging back through enrolment records, and keeps the plan as the single working view.
- Learner card flags – the existing "support is being provided" flag is extended to show an open wellbeing concern and whether a plan is funded or additional support. Gives any staff member an instant read on a learner's situation without opening their full record.
