Provider FAQs - Can I change the employer if I have enrolled the learner at the wrong location?

Once an application is created, the employer location cannot be changed. If you need to update the employer location, we recommend archiving the current application and copying its information to a new application set up with the correct employer location.

While we do have a workflow to change the employer after sign-up, it is primarily intended for situations where a learner changes employers partway through their program.
