Provider FAQs - Can I open an activity I marked as complete in error?

Once an activity has been marked as complete, it is not possible to open, edit or delete it.  This includes changes to the content, comments or criteria that has been mapped.

If work is still required for the activity that has been set to complete, Bud recommends adding a new activity to the learning plan so further work can be uploaded.
