If you have an active learning plan

- You can send a general message to your trainer using Bud messaging, learn how.
- If you have a question about a specific activity on your learning plan you can contact your trainer via that activity. Contact your trainer within an activity.
- Alternatively, your trainer's contact details may have been included in a welcome email from your Training Provider. If you can't locate this, please ask your line manager.

If you’re still completing your application
Contact your training organisation directly via the number or email on their website. If you can't find it, ask your line manager.
