Assessments in the Learning Plan
As part of our Flexible Learning theme, and Assessments deliverable, we are releasing a slice of our Assessments capability in this release.
This provides the capability for trainers to add Assessments directly on to Learner's Plans and set them. We know this isn't the full feature, but releasing this early gives providers the ability to test it and provide feedback.
The feature is behind a Bud feature switch, so if you want to take advantage of this early, or test it in your test tenancies then please contact your Customer Success manager.

Learner Progress Record, available to Learners
In this release, we are giving the Learner much more visibility of their progress against their assessment criteria. The Trainers view of the 'Learner Progress record' will be accessible to Learners, as a read-only copy.
Learners will navigate to this using the 'Progress Record' navigation option.
Sorting in Message Hub
We have enhanced the Message Hub, to give users more choice on how they would like the conversations ordered, and improved the native ordering to ensure unread messages are always at the top, followed by the correctly ordered messages.
Page width and side navigation Bar
We will be introducing major changes to the look and feel of Bud over the next few releases.
In this release we are changing the page width of Bud. This change will give users more visible screen real estate, reducing the need for scrolling and resulting in a cleaner, more efficient experience overall.
This is part of a series of upcoming visual improvements to the platform. Look out for further details on the changes to the navigation layout out in Bud in future release notes.
Following the release all users will see a visual change within Bud where the available working area has been increased. In most changes this will be subtle, but in some areas of the platform the changes will be more noticeable, and screens will appear different to how they looked pre-release. All functionality should remain unchanged, this is a cosmetic improvement to Bud only.

Bug Fixes
In this release we have fixed the following bugs:
- Training Provider Questions (TPQs) missing from the Application Summary document - this has now been resolved and all new versions of documents should display the questions. If the TPQs fail to be load on the document for any reason, an error message will be displayed.
- Mismatching learning difficulty/disability information - we have added an additional field for 'Further comments or requirements' to the OST application so it matches the Apprenticeship application.

Updates to the ILR Compliance Report
The following AFinType rules have been added to the ILR Validation report:
- AFinType_01
- AFinType_02
- AFinType_07
- AFinType_08
- AFinType_10
- AFinType_12
- AFinType_13
- AFinType_14
Our initial set of PDSAT reports have been added to the ILR Compliance report. PDSAT reports help you identify potential ILR data quality issues early, supporting proactive monitoring and data cleansing ahead of submission to the DfE.
The first set we have added are:
- B-002: Possible Duplicate Learners
- B-006: Learners Enrolled Concurrently on Multiple English or Maths Aims
- A-214: Apprenticeship Standards with No End Point Assessment Organisation
- A-217: Actual Off-the-Job Training Hours Compared to Those Planned
- A-514: Learners with Prior Attainment Level Recorded as Not Known
- A-517: NI Numbers Null, Temporary or HMRC Administrative Numbers
We are actively working on adding additional PDSAT reports to the suite, and these are likely to be released when ready over the coming weeks.
Bug Fixes
ILR Compliance | FRM Reports
- Some rules were being triggered for situations where one learner was toggled on for the ILR, and one learner was toggled off. These rules will now only trigger for toggled on learners.
- Some functional skills aims had incorrect levels set, so we were highlighting too many errors in FRM 13.
Data Warehouse
- Some of the Presentation views were not returning data for test tenancies. This has been resolved.
