Receiving Emails from Bud

Introduction: 

This guide provides essential steps to ensure you receive important emails from the Bud platform. It covers adding Bud’s email address to your address book, whitelisting Bud’s IP address and mail domain, and checking spam or junk folders.

How to: Receiving Emails from the Bud Platform

If you are signing up to Bud to complete your learning activity or as an employer responsible for learners, you will routinely receive emails from your trainer via the Bud platform.  To ensure that these important emails and links within them are delivered to your inbox and not your junk folder, please add notifications@bud.co.uk to your address book as a trusted sender.

If you will be using your work email address to access Bud, we also recommend speaking with your IT team to ask them to whitelist our IP address and mail domain below as an added measure:

If you have followed the above steps and still find that emails are not being delivered from Bud as expected, please raise a ticket to our support team who will be happy to assist.
