Employer FAQ - Why am I not receiving emails from Bud?

This article provides you with the steps you need to take to ensure you are receiving emails from Bud.

How to: Receiving Emails from the Bud Platform

If you are signing up to Bud to complete your learning activity or as an employer responsible for learners, you will routinely receive emails from your trainer via the Bud platform.  To ensure that these important emails and links within them are delivered to your inbox rather than to your junk inbox, please add notifications@bud.co.uk to your address book as a trusted sender.

If you will be using your work email address to access Bud, we also recommend speaking with your IT team to ask them to whitelist our IP address and mail domain below as an added measure:

In addition to the above steps, check your spam / junk folder and also the 'other' view if using outlook in case they have been redirected.  If you still aren't receiving emails please raise a ticket to our support team who will be happy to assist.

Bud Recommends 

In the event you need to raise a ticket to the support team at Bud, we would recommend also adding support@bud.co.uk to your address book as a trusted contact, to ensure that you receive any important updates regarding progress on your issue.
