Uploaded documents are scanned for malware, phishing, spam and other malicious content. This helps to protect the eventual downloader from any such content.
In the event malicious content is found in an uploaded document, it is quarantined. It will not be possible to download the document to your PC.
An error, 'We have detected a virus. For security reasons we have removed this file' will be shown against the document in question as pictured below.
The built-in protection Bud provides is not a substitute for scanning on your own PC. Bud recommends you scan any files you download from the internet, including those from Bud, with your own anti-virus and anti-malware solutions.
