White Labelling

White labelling allows training providers to customize their Bud tenancy by replacing the Bud logo with their own, enhancing brand consistency and user engagement. To set up a logo, providers must submit a PNG or JPG image with minimum dimensions of 170x50 pixels to their Customer Success Manager. Bud's team then uploads the logo and updates the provider's record within a 10-working-day SLA. Changes should be tested in a test environment before going live.

Introduction

White labelling lets training providers customise their Bud tenancy with their own branding by replacing the Bud logo. This creates a personalised experience, reflecting each provider's unique identity and boosting brand consistency and user engagement.

Your logo appears for users linked to a single training provider; if users are linked to multiple providers, the Bud logo is shown.

How to: Set Up a Logo For My Tenancy.

Contact your Customer Success Manager, who can advise you on the correct steps. We will need the image/logo of your choice in the correct format and file size:

  • The image must be one of the following file types: PNG, or JPG.
  • The image must have the following minimum dimensions:
    • Width = 170 pixels
    • Height = 50 pixels

Please note: The website will resize the supplied logo as appropriate for the device being used.

Once we have received your image/logo in the correct format and size the Bud internal team will

  1. Upload the logo image file to your tenancy
  2. Update the training provider's record to reference this logo file

Please note: We have a standard 10-day working SLA to complete the change.

We would advise that the change is made to your test environment first before moving into the live site.
