Learner FAQs - How do I change my name, home address or mobile number?

Currently, you can’t change your name or home address directly in your Bud portal due to the additional administration needed to update previously signed documents. Your training provider manages these changes, so please contact them for assistance with updating your records.

However, you can easily change your mobile number, update your email address and reset your password within your Bud learner portal.
