How to: Change your password
It is possible to change your password in two ways.
1. Forgotten Password:
If you have forgotten your Bud password, you can reset it by selecting the forgotten password option at login:
Enter your email address and select reset password:
An email will be sent to the entered email address, it will contain a link which is valid for only 12 hours. Click the link and choose a new password which meets the minimum requirements.
Invalid Token
If you try to change your password and receive an 'invalid token' error, it is normally for one of the following reasons:
- The password reset link has expired, you will need to complete the steps above again
- The steps above have been completed more than once and you are not using the most recent link
Still seeing an error after the reset?
Try the reset process again but this time, when you create the password, type it out in Notepad first (or any text editor). Copy the password from Notepad and paste it into the password field on the reset page, then save the changes.
2. Editing your Password

- If you wish to change your password, once logged in go to the account section:
- Select edit, complete the new details and select ‘change password’:
