Bud can offer a level of support and additional services for reporting. The below details what support is available to assist with data discrepancies, report errors, training and expert consultancy for custom report development and infrastructure support.

  • Investigate any data specific discrepancies when raised to the Bud support team
  • Investigate any specific suspected errors with our standard reports and visualisations
  • Provide supporting documentation to help customers
  • Offer additional advice on any unclear definitions within the data dictionary and data model, via the standard support channel
  • Provide additional training/support through expert consultancy
  • Develop bespoke custom reports
    • Subject to requirements, capacity and lead times
  • Provide expert guidance on infrastructure support
