Introduction
The Exit Review in Bud is used when a learner leaves their program, for example either upon completion or early withdrawal. It includes predefined questions to capture reasons for leaving, future plans, and feedback from the learner, trainer, and employer. This review ensures all necessary information is documented, supporting a smooth transition. These questions have been defined in partnership with Buds Customer Advisory Board to ensure they meet Providers needs. The questions cannot be customised.
Trainer Questions
