Provider FAQs - Why can’t I access the ID section? It’s greyed out

For security reasons, only the assigned trainer will have the ability to access and confirm the ID. This section is restricted, ensuring that no other users can view or interact with it. This measure is in place to protect sensitive information and maintain the integrity of the data.
