Introduction
As a learner, it is possible to add a mobile number account as an additional method of contact for your trainer. This guide will show you how to locate and update these details in your learner portal if you wish to have more than one contact method.

How to: update your mobile number
- Log in to your account and click on the account icon:
2. Click to add your mobile number. If you already have a mobile number, you will be able to edit.
3 Enter your mobile number and click ‘add’. It must be 11 digits long.
4. The mobile number has now been added to the account.

The telephone number must be 11 digits to pass validation. If it isn’t an error message will appear to let you know.
