Provider FAQs - How do I reactivate a disabled internal user account?

If you have disabled an internal user account and need to reactivate it, you will need to raise a ticket and the support team will be able to reinstate it for you. You can raise the request via our help form or via the the messaging widget, by using the 'reactivate user' command to initiate the workflow.

You'll need to provide the email of the user and the request will need to be authorised by your nominated Bud contact.
