Introduction
In line with Department for Education (DfE) guidance, we recommend all data is retained in Bud for 7 years. Bud does this automatically.
After 7 years data is not automatically deleted.
Identifying data
When data approaches the 7 year cut off the Data Retention report in Bud's standard reporting suite will flag this.
The report lists learners who have completed or withdrawn more than 6 years ago.
Deleting Data
To request deletion please follow the process described in this Knowledge base article.
