Bug Fixes

In this release, we have fixed the following bugs:

Bullet point numbering issue – Re-Release

In a previous release we fixed an issue where bullet-point lists entered in text boxes would sometimes be converted to a numbered list on saving.

Unfortunately, due to recent site performance degradation issues we had to temporarily revert this, re-introducing the original bug.

This release will provide an updated resolution for the original problem. You may need to edit text where, for a short period, the original issue may have re-appeared. Please contact bud support if you need assistance with this matter.

Bud Messaging – Deactivated Learners

We have fixed an issue where trainers were seeing ‘deactivated’ learners within the Messaging Hub to start a conversation with. This has been adjusted so only active learners can be contacted.

Bud Messaging – Learner Status

We have fixed an issue where a Learner's status in the Messaging Hub was not correctly updated when changed in their Learning Plan.

Qualification Achievement Rates Report 

We have an additional report being added to the QAR reporting suite in this release:

Detailed overview:

• View your QAR data for the current and previous year with aggregated counts for key metrics to enable in depth analysis and investigation.
• See your best-case achievement rate value which looks at your current leavers and overlays all continuing learners in that area as achievers.

Standard Reports

The following enhancements have been made to the standard reports from feature requests and to ensure data from the deprecated Operations Dashboard is still available to you:

• Last Learner Login date has been added to in-flight learners
• Programme management – activities has the following fields added
• Target Start month (30+ Hr week)
• Target Finish month (30+ Hr week)
• All submissions page card “Submissions with a change required” no longer counts submissions against completed or assessment complete activities

Data Warehouse Fields

The following fields will be added to the data warehouse in this release

Note for ETL and Report developers

We are considering the removal of [Presentation].[Application (Dates)] in a future release, as this has for some time been superseded by [Presentation].[Application Status History]. Please get in contact with your CSM if you think this would cause you any difficulties in your ETL or own reporting suite.

BI Bug Fixes

In this release, we have fixed the following bugs in the Reporting and data warehouse space:

• Young persons apprentice and employer funding payments that are removed in the platform are now removed from the data warehouse and subsequently reports
• In the learner report csv extract from the platform, Last completed progress review fields now reference only the progress review and not other review types
• 42 day leavers have now been removed from the OTJH page of Accountability Framework.
• Total learner counts in the Accountability Framework no longer include 42 day leavers where they are not considered in that metric unless stated otherwise for additional context
