Introduction
Wellbeing concerns raised against a learner are recorded and tracked in the Wellbeing Concern Log. Each concern, along with the actions taken to address it and its eventual resolution, is held in a single place, replacing scattered emails and side conversations. This makes it easy to see the full history of a concern and to demonstrate that it was followed through to a close.

Bud Recommends
- Log a concern as soon as it's raised, rather than waiting until more information is available
- Record as much detail as possible against the concern, so anyone reviewing it later has the full picture
- Before a learner shares sensitive information, explain to them what will happen with it and where it will be recorded
