Introduction
This article explains how you as a learner can rate the content of your training provider’s activities on Bud. By providing feedback, you will help improve the quality of learning materials. The guide covers how to access the rating feature, submit ratings, and add comments. This feedback mechanism ensures that training providers receive valuable insights to enhance their content, ultimately benefiting the learning experience.
How to: rate activity content
You can rate the content of your provider's learning plan activities when viewing an activity.
Open an activity, view the 'Activity Details' tab, and you will see a box titled 'Rate this content'.
The ability to rate content will only be shown for activities that have been 'Set' or are already 'Complete'. You will not be able to rate 'Unset' activities.
You can provide a thumbs up to indicate positive feedback or a thumbs down to indicate negative feedback. If you would like to add some supporting comments to help your Training Provider understand your rating, you can them to the free text below the rating icons. It is, however, possible to simply provide a rating without adding any comments.
Submitting your feedback
When you're ready to send your feedback, click the 'submit' button in the bottom right corner. You will then see a success banner confirming that your feedback has been submitted.
The success banner will persist each time you view an activity, so you don't accidentally provide feedback for the same activity more than once.
It is entirely optional for you to rate the content of the activity.
Please note that this functionality will only be available if your Training Provider has enabled this feature. If they have not enabled this feature, the entire 'Rate this content' section will not be shown.
