Bud assist: Learner Messaging
Overview: Bud assist: Learner messaging utilises AI technology to automatically generate suitable responses to learners' messages in the submission pages. Trainers can use these responses as they are or modify them to better suit individual needs, significantly saving time and effort.

- Customisation: Easily modify AI-generated responses to tailor them to specific learner needs.
- Consistency: Ensure consistent communication and feedback quality across all learners.
Following Bud Assist's generation of a response to a learner message, you have a number of options:
- Accept the Bud Assist generated response "as is"
- Edit the Bud Assist response and add custom text or remove elements as required
- Delete the Bud Assist response and add custom text only OR refresh the page and request a response to be generated again.
Once you are happy with the response to the learner, you must tick the check-box to confirm that you have reviewed the message to the learner before sending and that you have ensured it is appropriate for the learner. NB: The learner will not been made aware the response has been generated in conjunction with Bud Assist, it is the providers choice as to if/how they declare this.
