How to: Send a Submission

Please note:

  • A comment and file must be attached to qualify as a submission.
  • If a learner submits work and realises it is missing an attachment the learner can delete the submission and resubmit with all files if the trainer has not marked this already.
  • The learner can submit the amount of off the job hours taken to complete the activity, they will be shown the planned hours as a guide. Click here for more information on adding OTJH here.
  • If you are trying to upload a learner's work as a trainer you must be mapped to that learner as a trainer, secondary trainer or operations manager.
  • Anyone submitting work, must confirm that it is the Learners own work.
