Introduction

Cloning a programme is a convenient way to duplicate an existing programme with all its activities and resources.  This guide will walk you through the cloning process, from selecting the programme to making necessary edits before publishing. By following these steps, you can efficiently create variations of your programmes without starting from scratch!

How to: Clone a Programme 

Cloning a programme allows you to duplicate a programme with all its activities and resources. You may wish to do this if you are delivering slightly different versions of programmes and don’t want to start from scratch.

Please note that currently SCORM content will not be cloned. 

 

1. To clone a programme, hit the drop-down arrow next to the “edit” button on the programmes page. This will show a drop-down menu. Select the “Clone” button:

2. Once the “Clone” button is pressed, the programme will be created and the programme setup page will open. The title of the programme will be the same as the one you cloned with “ – COPY” at the end of the title:

3. You can now edit any aspects of this programme before publishing.
