Admin Reporting

Introduction

Bud’s Admin report provides data on the administrative processes and platform configuration that support training providers in running their operations. Designed to be used by any team member with administrative tasks in the platform and those who may not work directly with learners, it gives access to the information needed to maintain processes without exposing the volume of learner data found in Standard Reports, so it can be shared across teams without the risk of oversharing. 

Users can navigate through sections such as Programme and Activity Management, Employer Management, User Management and Security, and Feature Switch Usage, along with more detailed usage reports.

You may see blank sections in this report where you are not utilising a feature. If you would like more information on these features please speak to your Customer Success Manager.

Navigating the reports

The Admin report is split into several pages, each focusing on a different area of platform administration. Use the links below to find out more about what each page contains and how it can be used.

Programme Management

This report has been designed to give users an overview of all programmes within bud. It can be used to monitor programmes being built as well as those published and quantity of learners currently associated. Within the report there is a summary of key dates and overview of activities within the build.

The report can be drilled through to see the detail of the activities within the build.

Programme Management – Activities

This report allows you to view all activities associated with programme. It can be viewed as a standalone report or accessed with a drill through from programme management. Detail around OTJH, third party content and which activities can be found from the Activity Library are displayed here.

Content Insights

This report provides detailed insights into feedback provided by learners on activities per the Content Insights feature, allowing you to effectively monitor learner satisfaction and review their comments. Harness the power of this tool to enhance your programme management and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The report offers an overall positive rating percentage as well as detail on how many ratings have been submitted in the last 30 days and can be filtered using the various slicers to drill into these values. The main content of the page displays positive and negative feedback ratings by each activity and a data table displaying the feedback and comments from each learner.

Please note that the "Rate your Content" feature must be enabled to access this data.

Gathering Learner Insights for Activity Content

Employer Management

This report summarises all employers within Bud allowing for a single view of key data relating to the employer management process in Bud. It can be used to aid hierarchy management of employers, identify employer contacts and monitor employer compliance with information around ELI, H&S Certificates and invoicing.

User Security - Feature switch dependant

This report shows coverage of MFA across your active users to help you proactively address risk and identify gaps in user roles where MFA is not enabled. Users with multiple role types are categorised accordingly (i.e. Training Provider user type poses more risk than a learner). User Roles

See an overview of all your users on the platform, their permissions and when they were last logged in.

Feature Switches

This page gives you insight into the feature switches you have enabled and disabled in the platform along with information on what they allow you to do. Feature switches are grouped by categories allowing easier identification of platform areas as well as detail on what is available in each tier. Please speak to your Customer Success Manager if you would like any more information on each of the available switches or to make any adjustments.

TurnItIn Usage

This report shows the usage of Turnitin for your tenancy and summarises submissions that have been put through the plagiarism checker. You can explore quantity and outcome of submissions by trainer, programme, activity and date of submission.

The content of this report will be dependent on you having the appropriate TurnItIn configuration enabled. If you would like more information on this feature please speak to your Customer Success Manager.

Evidence Pack Requests

This page details a full audit log of all evidence packs generated in Bud allowing you to identify users who are generating the Evidence pack requests as well as information on it's availability/expiry times

Bud Assist Usage

This report details usage of Bud Assist features in the last 6 months. The report is split into Bud assist for Learners and Bud assist for Trainers. 

  • Usage details for Bud Assist for learners can be viewed as quantity of sessions by Employer, Sector, Programme and Trainer. 
  • Programme configuration details for Bud Assist for learners will give you detail on which programmes you have enabled the feature as well as counts on the quantity of learners who currently have access.
  • Bud Assist for Trainers detail will list all Training provider users who have engaged with the Bud Assist feature showing how many session have happened.
