Gathering Learner Insights for Activity Content

Introduction

This article explains how to gather learner insights for activity content. You’ll learn how to enable the ‘Rate your Content’ feature, allowing learners to provide feedback on their learning activities. This process helps you monitor and report on learner satisfaction to improve the quality of your training programmes.

Please note that this feature switch is only available on the Enterprise tier. To enable the 'Rate your Content' feature switch, please speak to your Customer Success Manager.

How learners can rate your content

Learners can rate the content of your learning plan activities when viewing an activity.

When on the 'Activity Details' tab of an activity, learners will see a box titled 'Rate this content', like below.

The ability to rate content will only be shown for activities that have been 'Set' or are already 'Complete'. Learners will not be able to rate 'Unset' activities.

Learners can provide a thumbs up to indicate positive feedback or a thumbs down to indicate negative feedback. They can also choose to add some supporting comments to support their rating, though this is optional.

Submitting feedback

Once they learners have submitted their feedback, they will then see a success banner confirming that the feedback has been submitted and they will not be able to edit or re-submit their ratings once submitted.
