Learning Delivery - Contributing to a Review

Introduction

When a Review is scheduled, a Trainer can contribute to the review up to 14 days before its start date. This ensures that all relevant feedback is captured, enhancing the review process. Trainers can locate the learner, access the scheduled review, and contribute their comments, ensuring comprehensive documentation and effective communication ahead of time.

It is also possible for an Employer to add their comments to a Review. For guidance on how an Employer can add comments, see this article

User Roles

Bud Recommends

  • Only Start a Review when you have your required participants present and you're fully ready to begin. Starting it before this point means the Review cannot be cancelled.  It is also not possible to delete erroneous reviews currently.
  • For a Review to be completed, either the Trainer or the Employer Contact must have completed their questions. It is not required for both users to contribute.

How to: View Employer Contact comments

1. Locate the Learner.

2. Open the 'Learning' menu header and click the 'Reviews' option.

3. In the Scheduled Reviews table, locate the Review you want, and click 'Contribute'.

4. Click the 'Comments' tab within the Review.

5. Click the 'Employers' tab

Here you will see your feedback and the feedback provided by the Employer Contact. If the Employer Contact hasn't provided any feedback, you will see the message "Feedback not currently provided".
