Learning Delivery - signing a Review

Introduction

This article guides trainers through the process of signing reviews. Trainers can add their signatures, send reminders to learners or employers, and mark reviews as signed offline if necessary. This ensures that all required signatures are obtained efficiently, maintaining compliance and accurate records. This feature is essential for keeping the review process streamlined and ensuring all documentation is properly signed.

 

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Trainer
  • Operations Manager

How To: Sign the Review

To sign a Review, follow the below steps:

1. Locate the Learner

2. Click into the 'Learning' menu item, and select 'Reviews'

3. Find the Review that has signatures outstanding 

4. Click 'Add Signature' 

5. In the Trainer box, click 'Sign'

6. Type your signature, and select the desired font

7. Click Save

 

How To: Send reminders to Learners or Employers

To send a reminder to a Learner or Employer that a Review requires a signature, follow the below steps:

1. Locate the Learner

2. Click into the 'Learning' menu item, and select 'Reviews'

3. Find the Review that has signatures outstanding 

4. Click 'Add Signature' 

5. In the Employer or Learner section, click 'Request via email'

 

How To: Sign offline

If a Trainer has had the Review documentation signed offline, then they can mark the 'Obtained offline' flag against each of the users. 

1. Locate the Learner

2. Click into the 'Learning' menu item, and select 'Reviews'

3. Find the Review that needs signing offline.  

 

4. Click 'Add Signature' 

5. In the Employer or Learner section, click 'I confirm that I have obtained the required signature offline'.
