Provider FAQs - How do I remove/delete a file uploaded to submission in error that has now been marked?

If the submission has been marked, you will need to speak to your compliance administrator who can remove the file from the activity, as shown below:

 

 

It won't be possible to upload new evidence to the marked activity.  If you need to add a further activity, you can follow the guidance here: How to create a bespoke activity in the learning plan.
