Q: Do you have any documentation on what can be achieved with the APIs?
We offer several pieces of information to support this. Our developer portal contains detailed technical documentation on the methods and how to use them. We also have several Knowledge Base articles that explain some of the possibilities.
Q: What is the cost of having the API capability?
The APIs carry an annual cost of £995. This includes the provisioning of a separate test tenancy for you to build your integration against, and access to our extended Portal functionality where you can access your own reporting.
Q: Does the API work for Buds Other Skills Training offer?
We offer capabilities around the OST funding types, but for detailed information on the differences please refer to the developer portal.
Q: How do we get started?
Once you have decided to take advantage of Buds API suite, please contact your Customer Success Manager, who will get the ball rolling.
Q: Can I test the API outside of our Live tenancy?
Yes, included in the package is a test tenancy, which allows you to create and test your integration. You also get access to our developer portal which gives you a 'Try-it-out' feature, allowing simpler testing and building.
Q: How is the API secured?
Our API is secured with OAuth token-based authentication.
