Q: Will the Bud submissions feature within Activities change too?
As part of our content configuration deliverable, we will be making the mandatory submission file configurable per activity. This helps transition our activities into true learning activities, but gives you the flexibility to make it still require it when needed.
Q: Will you be incorporating Bud Mark into Assessments?
Not as part of our initial release, but we plan on including that in the year.
Q: How do we report on Assessments?
Assessments will be added to the relevant places within the Bud reporting sweet, and our Datawarehouse. As part of our Enhanced Metrics item within the 2026 theme, we will be improving the data and metrics available to Learners and Trainers on assessments and learning.
Q: Can you assign assessment criteria to Assessment records?
Not as part of our initial release, but we plan on including that in the year.
Q: Can assessment records be added to non-apprenticeship programmes?
Yes, the Funding Model and programme type will not determine if assessments can be added.
