Why can’t I generate a Similarity Report?

Why does it take a long time to progress the submission?
The integration is not instant, as there are several steps to retrieve a score and report. It also depends on how busy Turnitin is at the time. Large files or ones with complex content (vector graphics, heavy formatting) can delay processing.
Why did the submission fail completely?
There are several reasons it might fail completely. The most common reasons are related to the file itself, like it only contains images or is password protected.
What tier is this integration for?
The Turnitin integration is an enterprise feature.
Why can't I get the AI percentage in Bud?
The AI score, provided as part of the Originality bolt-on, isn't available in Turnitin's API yet. Once they develop that functionality Bud will look to integrate it in.
