Question: Do I need two separate packages for Bud and CENTURY?
Yes, you will need to be a customer of both Bud and CENTURY to make use of the integration.
Question: Does Bud charge for using the integration with CENTURY?
There's no additional cost for using our CENTURY integration. It is available for the Premium tier and above as part of your normal package.
You will be responsible for paying for the Initial Assessments directly with CENTURY.
Question: What support/training is provided for CENTURY customers?
Full onboarding Zoom/Teams session (recorded), dedicated customer support manager, help centre with guides and videos, ongoing events.
Question: Who creates and QAs IA content in CENTURY?
CENTURY employs an in-house team of experienced teachers to develop their content. Content is updated as specifications change.
Question: Does CENTURY co-develop features with customers?
CENTURY is continually looking to adapt and create new content and features. In fact, our initial assessment came about originally through requests from our partner colleges and providers. CENTURY Labs is a space within CENTURY where teachers can explore new and experimental tools before they become part of the main platform. It currently includes tools such as Worksheet GENai, Writing GENai, and Maths Prep GENai.
