Introduction
Trainers will receive alerts on their dashboard if a Progress Review needs to be scheduled or hasn’t been completed within the specified timeframe. These alerts ensure timely reviews, crucial for tracking learner progress. This system helps trainers stay on top of their review schedules, ensuring no learner’s progress is overlooked.
Please note - Only scheduling or completing a standard ‘Progress Review’ type can clear these alerts.

How to: Review Alerts:
A trainer will see their alerts in the 'Overdue' section of their dashboard. This will display:
- 'Reviews Overdue' - will show where a Learners Progress Review was not completed, but the Progress Review may be planned.
- 'Scheduled Reviews Overdue' - will show learners who have not had a progress review scheduled since their start date or have gone 4 weeks without a Progress Review being scheduled.
