Introduction

This article provides an overview of the various programme statuses within Bud. It explains each status, from Draft to Archived, and their significance in the programme lifecycle. Understanding these statuses is crucial for effectively managing and tracking programmes, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.

How to: Programme Status

Below is a description of each:

Draft: This programme is in the status of being created or edited. Any amendments can be made.

Awaiting Approval:

A programme manager needs to review the requested programme. They can decide to publish or reject back to draft.
Published: This programme is now published and applicants can now be enrolled on it.
Archived: This programme is archived and is now not able to be selected at application enrolment.  Any learners enrolled on this programme prior to it being archived, are able to continue with their study on this programme. Please note, that programme managers will not be able to update the content to an archived programme.
