How to: Applicant Statuses Explained
The following statuses are used throughout the process:
Applicant invited | The applicant has been invited to complete their details but they are yet to access their application. |
Applicant enrolment | The applicant has accessed their application and saved information on any one of the pages. |
In progress | The applicant has submitted their application and the training provider is required to complete their sections of the application. |
Signed-up | All sections within the application with progress indicators have been completed and the 'start learning' button has been activated. Compliance checks are still to be carried out. |
Signed-up edited | The applicant has 'signed up' (see above status) however the application has since been edited. |
Completed | Compliance checks have been carried out following an applicant sign-up and the application has been approved |
Completed edited | The application has been 'completed' (see above status) however the application has since been edited. |
Non-compliant | Compliance checks have been carried out and the application has been rejected. |
Non-compliant edited | The application has been marked as 'non-compliant' (see above status) however the application has since been edited. |
Archived |
The applicant has been archived. Only the following statuses can be archived:
