Broadcast enables you to effortlessly connect with multiple learners at once, ensuring clear, seamless communication that keeps everyone informed and engaged.

Bud Messaging - Conversation Alerts

In this release we have included alerting behaviour to make users aware of new, unread messages!

Users will see a red alert in their Learners navigation when they have unread messages, ensuring important conversations are never missed. Stay informed and respond faster with this improved visibility.

Bug Fix

Expand all button on learning criteria - We have changed the behaviour when viewing learning criteria and it will now be possible to “expand all” learning outcomes/criteria regardless of the size of the qualification you are viewing. Please be aware that very large qualifications with multiple units may take some time for the page to complete loading. It is not recommended that you expand all unless necessary.

Qualification Achievement Rates Report 

We have an additional report being added to the QAR reporting suite in this release, focused on the published ESFA data released each year. This ESFA data set page will allow you to see:

  • Your QAR, QRR and QPR by year as stated in the official ESFA release. Due to limitations on published ESFA data this currently only goes back to the 2021-22 contract year.
  • Your QAR value for each year broken down by key metrics: SSAT, Qualification, Level & Age Group
  • Provider league table for the latest available year detailing all published QAR values for all Training Providers allowing you to see your performance compared to the industry. You, as a provider, will be highlighted in this report for quick visibility

Note for ETL and Report developers

We are considering the removal of [Presentation].[Application (Dates)] in a future release, as this has for some time been superseded by [Presentation].[Application Status History]. Please get in contact with your CSM if you think this would cause you any difficulties in your ETL or own reporting suite.

 

BI Bug Fixes

In this release, we have fixed the following bugs in the reporting and data warehouse space:

  • In Finance reports and indicative earnings, some duplication in employer incentive payments where a change of employer happens, this has been rectified
